The Torah is a collective name for the first five books of the Bible, Genesis, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy and Exodus. Five books that are the basis to our faith and has as much importance as the Gospels themselves. In my experience, there is little taught about the Torah in general, especially Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. Many churches and Christians think they have been superseded, this is not so.
I invite all members to join me in a journey through the Torah, exploring what it says about God, His character and His laws. Lets look at the reasons why today's church is not being blessed as it should be, why healing is rare and why we suffer illness and poverty.
I would love your input, and your challenges to what I say. Lately the Spirit has laid it upon my heart to look closer than I have ever looked before, at what being a Christian or a believer in Jehovah means. We are charged to be Jesus-like, and Jesus knew the Torah inside-out, if we are to be like Him, shouldn't we also know God's law also? Join me and let us learn together.
